Free shipping for all orders above $100
A flat shipping rate of $15 applies to all purchases below $100.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.
Depending on your location your order may take between 2 and 10 days to arrive.
Please refer to your tracking number for a delivery status update on your order.

Please note that there is no refund or exchange on sale items.
Sedonia inspects all items thoroughly before posting to our customers. If your product arrives damaged or faulty please call our shop on 03 9689 9368 within 5 business days of receiving and we will organise a refund or replacement for you.
Changed your mind?
If you simply wish to exchange a product because it is not suitable for you, please call our store within 5 business days of receiving to obtain a refund authorisation. Once authorised, our staff will assist you with information about returning the item. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind returns, but rather can offer a replacement product or a credit note for the item less the original postage costs you paid for the item (if applicable). You will need to cover postage of the item back to our store. If you are in a position to return the item directly to our Seddon store, this is a preferred option as it will save on postage costs.
